How To - Setup SCAD Email Signature

• This document will walk you through how to add your SCAD email signature in gmail. 

Setting Up your SCAD Signature

• Open up the most recent SCAD Email Signature file: SCAD E-mail Signature 2023
• Input your name and role to match.

Inputting your SCAD Signature

• Go to your gmail settings page and click “General”
• Scroll down to “Signature” and create a new one. You can call it “SCAD” or “SCAD Signature” for easy reference.
• In the box to the right, copy and paste the information found in the most recent SCAD Email Signature file: SCAD E-mail Signature 2023
• Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the settings page.
• To test: go back to your email inbox and compose a new message.
• Click this icon to toggle your signatures 
• You should be able to use your new signature now!
